Rita Blanca Chapter


The Rita Blanca Chapter serves Dallam and Hartley Counties in the northwest corner of the Panhandle of Texas. We are involved in the Answer the Call Program with the U.S. Forest Service on the Rita Blanca National Grasslands, habitat work on private lands and youth projects with the Dalhart Independent School District. The Chapter's main projects are the construction of guzzlers to supply water and tree and shrub plantings to provide food and cover for upland wildlife.
