Terms and Conditions

Prior to August 3, 2005, 50% of the total booth space rental fee plus electrical usage fee of $35 must accompany the application to confirm space reservation. Balances must be sent to Quail Unlimited no later than August 3, 2005. After August 3, 2005, 100% of the total booth space rental fee must accompany the application. Any space that has not been paid in full by August 3, 2005, may be reassigned or canceled without refund of deposit at the discretion of Quail Unlimited management. Applications will be accepted up to August 31, 2005.

Insurance: All applications must be submitted with a certificate of insurance naming the Ozark Shooters Sports Complex as an additional insured beginning on September 30 and ending on October 2. Each vendor must carry a minimum of $100,000 general liability insurance per occurrence, $200,000 general aggregate. QUAIL UNLIMITED AND THE OZARK SHOOTERS SPORTS COMPLEX ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO ANY VENDORS MERCHANDISE.

General Rules: All booth personnel are required to conduct their activities within the assigned exhibitor booth space for their company. Quail Unlimited reserves the right to accept or reject any exhibit space application if it is deemed as not keeping with the stated objective and character of the competition. All exhibitors must conform to rules and regulations in effect at the Ozark Shooters Sports Complex, including those set forth by the City and County, including the Fire Marshall and Police Department. Every exhibitor is charged with the knowledge of the laws, regulations and ordinances dealing with fire prevention, public safety and health while participation in the QUAIL UNLIMITED/BASS PRO SHOPS¨ National Sporting Clays Tournament. Compliance with the laws is the responsibility of each exhibitor.

Over the Counter Sales: Any direct over the counter sales that may violate federal, state or local laws are strictly prohibited.

Product Eligibility: All products sold and displayed must be related to recreational shooting, sports, hunting, fishing and any outdoor-related activity. Products not directly related to these activities, products of questionable taste that do not reflect the high standards of the competition or are not in keeping with the sporting nature of the event, are strictly prohibited. Any questions about the eligibility of products should be immediately directed to the management team at Quail Unlimited. ANY SALE OF AMMUNITION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Setup Time: Exhibitors may begin setting up their booth on Wednesday, September 28th. All exhibit booths and displays must be taken down no later than Monday, October 3rd. If you need to arrange shipping, contact Ozark Shooters Sports Complex management for details.

Refunds: Should the QUAIL UNLIMITED BASS PRO SHOPS¨ National Sporting Clays Tournament be canceled, postponed or abandoned, exhibitors will be refunded compensation limited to the amount already paid by the exhibitor for space rental for the event. Should the QUAIL UNLIMITED BASS PRO SHOPS¨ National Sporting Clays Tournament be curtailed or abandoned in part, exhibitors will be refunded compensation in a pro-rated amount according to the amount paid by the exhibitor for the space and for the canceled portion of the event. However, exhibitors will not be reimbursed if the QUAIL UNLIMITED BASS PRO SHOPS¨ National Sporting Clays Tournament is canceled, postponed, abandoned or curtailed due to an act beyond the control of Quail Unlimited and the Ozark Shooters Sports Complex.

Acceptance: Upon acceptance of this application by event management, a confirmation copy of this contract will be mailed to you.
